Morning folks

Worked out yesterday for the first time in a long time and I'm feeling it a little.

 

I dislike sleeping with the AC on. I'd much rather have the windows open and the house fan running.

Fell asleep with the AC on, woke up around 1am and opened up the house, again it only dropped down to 75

 

A/C is still broken at work and is just blowing hot air from outside, but hey at least upper management sent out an email at 7:30pm last night informing us that it would be a casual day today...woohoo I can wear jeans and a t-shirt in a building that will be in the 90's inside by 11am.

At least its supposed to get cooler after today

 

It was still hella warm last night around 10pm when I left the gym, I think like high 70s if not 80.

 

My outdoor thermometer said it was nearly 85 at 10 last night in Lincoln

 

ugh

 

I live by the river so it helps a little at night but not by much last night.

 

****ing needs to be the weekend already.

 

Putting in OT tomorrow.

Now have Thurs and Fri off

Only dropped to 75? That's where we set ours. lol How cold do you need it to be?

Can't wake up that early in the morning to work out when I already struggle to wake up at 6am for work. Plus I'm too cheap to pay for another gym membership anywhere else.
