had a lady call and yell at me cuz her tire is flat, and she was here on saturday waiting for 1 1/2 hrs to get it fix and now its flat again. I can't do anything about it. and then she calles back in 5 min and apologies for yelling at me and that its not my fault, and she knows that i can't do anything about it. i have never had anyone call and apologies like this before. maybe it will be a good monday after all.
