I work for a web conferencing compnay. People get to our sites through browsers. We still have people amazed they need to be near a computer, or that it has to be on, or that it has to be connected to the internet, or that their 56k isn't fast enough to allow streaming audio and video.

I feel bad for OS support people........they actually have to help these idiots.
