I was having some troubles with the remote software but it looks like the firmware on the remote had been upgraded beyond supportability by the v5 software. I downloaded the v7 software from logitech.com and we're up and running

I have a buddy who works at americas tire and he said to get them here. He couldn't sell me them as cheap as the website.
