Check the SPCA or any kennels. Is she registered? Does she have that chip implanted in the back of its neck?
Did you check the roads for any furry flat speed bumps?
Hope you find her. Cute dog too. :\

Update... Found her! A homless man took her, we found her with him at McKenly(sp?) park.
