If your interested in getting snow tires and have heard anything about Nokians, I would suggest checking out the group buy on NASIOC. No shipping and no tax. It's a really good deal IMHO.
A set of the WRs shipped to my door was $520, which is a load better than anywhere around Sac ~ $750-800.

Wow ! Thats a good deal on Nokians! No, no snow in Reno yet...looks like the Pass will get a few inches tonight...Winter's coming... In other news...Azenis ST 115's are excelent rain tires. Yesterday was the fast chance I had to test them out, and wow!. Good stuff.
