I want a bell mouth DP that tapers to 3" piping with a hi-flow metalic cat and a flat flange. Then I want a 3" cat back without the 2.5" neck reduction. It also has to mate up to the DP flange pretty good. No tips larger than 3.5". Preferably twin tip (I liked my 2x83mm setup on my C230). Titanium is cool but it should blue on it's own, not becasue some schmoe at the factory held a flame to it.
I want more volume than stock but don't want to sweat getting a ticket during my sunrise commute.
Oh ya. I'm not gonna weld anything. I'm a DIY guy and I don't yet own a welder so I'm not gonna cut of the tapered neck and weld on a flange (although that would solve a ton of problems).
For the DP I'm thinking Helix Catted.
For the catback I'm really lost. the Invidia looks very functional but I hear it's loud. RussA's stromung seemed pretty good. Not sure what kind of flange it had though. Other choices are the Greddy EVO 2 and perrin twin tip(also loud).
Any suggestions?

The evo 2 is pretty quiet so is the Hush. I'm leaving towards the evo or the invidia.
As for the DP, I've been through 3 different dp's. I ended up with the perrin dp. I'll be getting a cat put in sometime this year. I love the divorced wastegates. Let me know if you want to take a look at it. You live like 10 house away from me.
