Yep....freaking stupid. Not like criminals are going to be like "Oh crap, we should follow these new gun laws and turn in our standard capacity magazines and register my illegal rifle so that it'll be considered an illegal assault rifle" Jerry Brown needs to have a brick thrown at his head.......

No law is perfect, but any law can be broken.
