I had one last night. Started around 530/6. Ate dinner and it didnt help. Took 600 IB around 7:30, in bed by 8:30.

Still have some tension today but no where near as bad as last night.

I only got the bracket made on the 2nd and been busy last weekend. I did paint the bracket on Monday and was waiting for the coating to cure properly.
