the thing is too... vBullitens v3 supports RSS but the admin has to enable it...
then you could just add the necessary extention "/external.php?type=RSS2" to the end of www.i-club.com/forums ( www.i-club.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2) and it would load the newest threads...then new threads would only be a click away...
this wouldn't be fast enough for someone like soggy...but it's enough for the standard forum browser/user.
