That makes more sense now; it's a targeted morphing lightshow that confuses a CCD anywhere in it's field of view by outputting a signal in that position on the projector; it's like a Nintendo zapper gun in reverse.

Wonder what it does to guys wearing glasses when it's on, since it's a simple post-process that grabs a reflection point as a camera. I'd be pissed if the thing tried to blind me becuase I already have a vision problem

It's not supposed to be triggered by eyeglasses. they figured out a way to distinguish between a camera lense and eyeglasses by the amount retroreflectivity. A camera lense is more retroreflective than glasses are.

But what happens when you have mirrored sunglasses on????

So I just got home from Chipotle, there's a new guy at the Sunrise location, he's this little mexican guy that barely speaks english.

First I ask for extra rice, he gives me the normal amount, so I ask for more, fine. Then I ask for double meat and he gives me one average scoop at most and a second much below average scoop of chicken. I thought it was just a fluke, but this is the second time he's done this. Next time I won't let it go...

Now maybe midgets see the world differently, it could be a matter of perspective, and they don't realize that normal size people eat a normal amount of food, and when a normal size person asks for double meat they mean double the normal size person amount of meat, not double the midget amount of meat.
