but it only took 3 hours out of a day where i had 1 hours worth of plans. but still being broke sucks. if i had the $$$ i'd get me a good quality opitoma... but until then i'll exploit wal-mart for their crappy batteries. today i got my 3rd battery in 2 years.

He is a bad, bad person that should have been rounded up and put to death without so much as a warning or trial...

Never had a problem with any of the Optimas that I've had.
I always get about 7 yrs of life out of 'em.
And, no acid cancer.

the first gen of Optimas would have the post snap, but just break enough where it would still make contact, but allow the gel to leak out

lots of fun in the eclipse when the batterys were in the back

I had an optima red top mounted in the rear of my civic hatch. On a drive from the bay to sac I heard high pitched low volume screaming and could see what appeared to be steam forming on the rear window.

The batterey was venting like crazy. Halfway to my destination I ended up pushing the car to a Kragen for a new battery.

If you ask the dentist nicely for a large prescription it may be a good weekend afterall.

And yes, happy Thursday.
When I was ETSing the dentist told me that I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed. This was about 5 days before I signed out permament-like, so I (figuratively speaking) gave him the finger and told him I'd wait til they started hurting. I wasn't staying in Ft. Hood any longer than I already had to, and it would have taken several weeks to get inb for the procedure.

5 years later, still no issues.
