Go automatic.

Depends if you are planning to go more power or not down the road.

I guess looking at the ACT clutch would be a good start. I think they make a stage 2 clutch. Obviously more heavy duty clutch = more $$$ and probably heavier clutch too.

Stock WRX, if not going for power. ACT HDSS or stock STi for Stage 2 power.

Don't overlook the heaviness of an aftermarket clutch. Again, do NOT overlook the heaviness of an aftermarket clutch.
