Guilty!!!

Had my *** handed to me today @ Placer County Court.

Cop showed & testified.
I testified.
Made the cop look silly, made the courtroom laugh a few times.
Judge asked questions for the prosecution, which is a no no.
And got the judge to admit that he will take the testimony of a cop over a citizen every time.

Penalty: Cut the fine by 60% & traffic school.

its wonderful when traffic judges are assistant DAs that are on rotation

I shoulda saved what media traffic school i did.... it was a damn joke, took me less then 10 minutes to do the entire thing

dude, in-person traffic school takes 8 hours. on-line traffic school takes less than a half hour.

Go to traffic school... but also make sure somebody who migth be interested in knowing finds out about the 'judge' breaking procedure.
