I am pretty sure the DAs over there at Carol Miller will dismiss the fix it if you show them your carb numbers. (they used to less than one year ago)

There is no CARB number for the downpipe, but you don't need one for a catback. They're specifically allowed under CARB rules.

I hate to say it, but there is no real excuse for running a red light. You got tagged, and the exhaust was just an add-on.

Live abnd learn (and then get luvs). At least it was raining, so he didn't get down under your car, right?
