Not picking on you, but how many times have you gone to fight a traffic ticket?
I've gone more than once & have come to the conclusion that traffic enforcement has zero to do w/ safety and more to do w/ $$ generation.
The judges ask questions for the procescution, which is illegal/improper.
As many a judge has told me, on the record in court, the judge will always take the word of the officer over me/you/Mr Furley.
Even if the cop has no tangible proof of guilt, he wins.

That said, I don't think it's wrong to fight a ticket, especially if the officer made a mistake. In the case of Subyn00by though, he knows he broke the law, he went out of his way to get friends to lie for him to use as "evidence" in court. That's what I took issue with. The argument of some cops writing bad tickets doesn't make it right to try and shirk your responsibility when you were clearly in the wrong though.
