Not really...

The speed the VSS reports to the ECU on my car is about 5mph below what the cluster tells me.

Speed data on my PSI3 meter, the AP and my GPS all agree but my cluster reads 5mph higher.

does the AP allow you to adjust for tire size? I recell ecutek allowed that.

Not at the end user level, but my car has done this from day one...

Maybe the STi speedo motor in the cluster has enough torque to make the needle slip, I have only done one clutch drop - could that have caused this?
