good car washes in sac?
if you've read some of my other posts, you would know i'm new to sac. if you didnt read them, now you know.
i'm looking for a place to get my car all squeaky clean. i'd like to find a place where i can wash it myself. i'm not a huge fan of the drive through ones. any help is appreciated!

There is a self/spray wash right next to Mc Donalds where 19th and Freeport meet down by Dad's Kitchen and Taylors 2955 Freeport Blvd, and theres one in West Sacramento off of West Capitol, if you get off the Reed Ave off ramp off of I-80, head towards Harbor Blvd and make the right on Harbor Blvd then the left on West Capitol, it's about 4 blocks back towards Sacramento on W. Capitol on the left (couldn't find an address for it), I've found those two spots have the best water for Self Washes in the area.
Go to one of those spots, double bucket it with some good suds and wash mit and drive you car back to Natomas and you'll be spot free and dry by the time your home.
I also live in Natomas and wash my car with the local water using Turtle Wax Ice Car Wash Soap, and with drying the car I don't have any water spots... I'd recommend that route if you have a water source to tap into in at your Apt complex.

If you want to wash by yourself and don't have access to a lot of water... how about trying a rinseless wash like ONR Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine: clay lubricant, optimum rinseless wash, no rinse car wash, optimum detailing products. All you need is a bucket of water and some sponges/wash media to get your car clean. As long as it's not too dirty, ONR should work pretty well.

Lots of water bottles and soap. In the parking lot. DO IT!
