Anyone know of any good freeware to manually pull pics off an iphone? Not using itunes/icloud

I think you used to be able to do that.. not anymore

Ok well as it turns out, that works to pull pics off onto the PC... but it does not work the other way around.

Cant drag/drop images from the PC into the DCMI folder
