Josh, try this..
1. Go to JCPeeeeny and buy something that more then your gift card.
2. Return said item.
3. Either they refund the complete amount to your card(if paid with CC) or give you CASH MONEY.
or
go to JC Penny online and order some playstation stuff.
EDIT: this worked before worse case they'll give you a 50 GC and refund your difference
