Front Lip
Eh Doods. Got a question about front lips. I have found a lot for the RS front bumper but not for the L except for some seibon ones that are c/f. But i have a feeling they are for the RS. The description just says 99-01 impreza. I am really intrested in the Gracer Lip from trust for the RS. Would i be able to fit that on my bumper for the L?

I thought long and hard about that. But really like the L front end. I thought a lip would be a good touch. Do i have to try to mold in on or would it not fit @ all?

if you can find one that's made of ABS plastic, or even urethane, you can just use a heat gun to (slowly) mold the lip onto your bumper. if the lip is completely the wrong shape, it still might not work, but at least that's one option available to you.
also, fiberglass and carbon fiber are not good lip materials for a daily driven car. this is especially true if you ever plan on lowering your car. when i still had my civic, it had an ABS Mugen style lip on it, and that thing took a beating just from doing my normal errands (damn driveways!). i think it lasted about a year before it really got damaged, but damn, when it did......

I'd say don't bother trying to mold a lip onto your bumper. There is one lip for your bumper, but I don't remember the name off-hand, and it is really hard to find. Check www.rs25.com . If you're gonna do it, do it right, eh?
