uh ok where do i start...this is going to **** some people off but here it goes...one of my friend says it best...he doesnt hate black people....but he hates *******.... ******* = incompetant, ignorant retards like what u described justin....idiots that drive around in a parking lot and shoot off rounds like its no big deal...i hope one of those bullits came back down and seriously hurt one of those jagoffs. as for the white folk leaving...uhh i just think that it doesnt come down to race, it just comes down to fearing for your safety and just wanting to LEAVE. every race has their own stereotypes and in every race unfortunately there are idiots that bring it down for others... ie white supremicsts, anti-white/jewish/insert religion here, *******(read explanation above) i hope those people have a horibble life and die in a horrible manner personally

More progress:

I found some rot behind the ledger board that was holding my old deck up:

To fix it we had to pull off the siding and replace a 4x6 under the joists. In the process we discovered there was absolutely no window flashing on the kitchen window or sliding glass door. WTFM8? I don't know how the home builder got around that one, but it's fixed now.
