stupid att tech support... i spent like a half hour on the phone with some fine indian (dot, not woo-woo) fellow trying to diagnose my internets connection problem. we've been getting dropped like every 5 minutes for the last couple days.
so my non technical *** pretty much figured out that if i replace the phone cable between the dsl modem and the wall jack filter, that fixed my problem all up. and they were going to send a tech out here to determine all of this.
