serive department empoyees are like cops....they'll say something they suspect to get you to admit it. If they don't want to fix it just tell them you'll take them to small claims court where they'll have to prove to a judge that the non-existant mods caused the problem. (keep in mine, in CA you arent allowed to have a lawyer...so they couldnt use their high end lawyer to win).

I learned today that me=2 to 3 people. we had to put together a food rack at work which my manager said "took 2 to 3 people to do." she was going to help me but we kept thinking about what else to do with the newly vacated room in the store and never got around to putting together the rack....so I put it together myself with a note on it that said "2 to 3 people my *** "

What are you referring to here? Small claims or..?
