I was working for an Internet Service provider when a teacher at an all girl primary school phones up. She wanted to plan a trip to Germany for her class and decided to use this new fangled internet to find a similar school with which to arrange an exchange visit. So she sits the class down in front of the computer, opened Yahoo and carefully typed stuff like "all girl", "German", "school uniform" then hit enter.
Suffice to say she was not pleased with the results it returned! She told me the class had been traumatised and insisted that I should personally remove all pornography from the internet! When I told her there was nothing I could do about **** on other company's servers she told me (and this is my favourite customer quote ever)
"Well if there is nothing but filth on this Internet thing, I can't ever see it becoming popular!"
