I witnesed a couple of middle aged pedestrians be ran over at aproximatley 5mph tonight. I found it funny how they were walking around in the beginning of the incident and pulled the lay and flop as soon as the paramedics got to the scene. They left on stretchers nonetheless. Legal reform please.
