LookingForPower, I'm sorry about the delays, and moreso, the communication. I appreciate you being cool about the situation, and can assure you that your car is getting done right even though it's taking longer than we thought for parts to come in. I'll try to be more proactive int he future, part of the problem is that I'm not always at the shop, and we bring cars in based on planned parts availability (in other words, parts are shipped, we have arrival dates, and we plan on that; if there's a delay somewhere, it throws us off and causes delays.)

Let me know if there's anything you need, or IM me if you ever need an update and I'll get the skinny.
