I took one and it literally almost killed me. I couldn't stop shaking and was rediculassly nauseus... It was allll bad, i'll never get one again

they have some absurd amount of B12...41,667% rec. daily allowance.
(yes that's 41 THOUSAND...not 4,100 or 410...i had to read it about 4 times to make sure my eyes weren't buggin')
