i have 18 inch rims.. so does that make my spedo show im driving slower or faster than i actually am?

would tire size make that big of a difference?

Never owned a bugeye so I don't know what's typical. And, I was also wrong about that tire size thing. That shouldn't affect rpm vs. mph.
