So we're setting up this call center to direct calls to all the stores, i think theres like 10 cubes setup. Someone with influence in my company came up with the great idea of equipping each person with two keyboards and two phones each so they can take two calls at a time & type with both hands in separate windows

Apparently we're outsourcing to India like everyone else

there is 300 ppl in this office, so if we equip one person with 300 monitors/keyboards... theoretically he could do everyones work? I think we just found the key to max. productivity
