the pics kinda remind me of that fatal sti wreck in vegas a year ago or so... homeboy lost control, hit a curb on the driver side which tipped the car up and he went into a poll. the poll hit right next to his head between the A and B pillars and went right thru the roof. shaft.

it also took it head on. hell i bounced down the freeway in wrx and it wasnt fatal, what killed the guy in vegas was all the force of the collision coming down at him @45 degree angle.

immage the damage to the front of that VW and transpose the same forces into an area that doesnt have motor/trans/crumple zones to absorb all the energy

+1 I was trying to get info out of my girlfriend last night so I could choose which of my two ideas to get her....and she mentioned a new stereo for the car first so I was thinking "sweet, I was leaning towards that anyways" and then a little later she said a gamecube for the dorms....so that put me right back in the same position
