thank god i drank two bottles of water before i went to sleep, and woke up at 7:30 and drank a gatorade...

yeah, MRe...i forgot what they were called.
my father-in-law got a crate of those from some surplus place.
we were goofing with the pouches and trying all the different meals.

Oh well..it will be worth it once I see the results!
Seriously maybe you should stop drinking while trying to work out otherwise you'll feel like crap when working out and will be harder to accomplish the reps and ish

Mine was chicken fetticine with alfredo sauce and pesto sauce. I made a couple of extra servings for a couple of coworkers and they went bonkers over it! lol
