I've gotten around 5 hours of sleep every night of my life for about the past 5 years. My body has totally acclimated and I don't even need sleep anymore. Seriously, if I go out and stay out to 2 and come home and crash I'll still be up at 730. I can not sleep past 8 no matter how hard I try. Join the Army, they'll fix all your sleep problems.
i used to be like that when i would party...bed drunk as all get out at 4am up and to work by 8am...i never had a problem.
i even worked 181 hours in ONE week (including 3 36+ hour shifts) over the summer getting our premiere issue out and felt more rested than i do right now.
it must be the cold that makes me want to stay under the warm blankets and sleep.
living in the hills in an older house has its drawbacks...like no central HEAT!!!!!
