I just rode 26 miles on my road bike and about died! But now I can say I exercised and can be lazy the rest of the day. The Hills in Vacaville sucked today!

I have the same furnace with the xl19i A/C unit. The compressor is 2 stage, but in this heat, that feature is pointless. The fan unit with the furnace is really just a multi-speed. It's not variable in the sense that Dan was referring to.
