Story time
so i needed to get a part from another dealership, cuz shop needed it asap. So the other dealership calles me back after 2 hrs, and the guy tells me this. "so i have your part and i want to sell it to you asap. Turns out there was a smell at the warehouse that we could not find, well when we found your part, we found the smell. Turns out there was a cat that got in, end up getting in to the box and died there, so your part might comeback with just half of the box and a dead cat smell.... You still want that part?"
i end up calling the shop and told them the story, guy told me he still wants the part and it was the best thing he ever heard, alone with poor cat. But i got bunch of brownie points and a gold star.
