we are the step-child no one wants, but we make the most money for the company... Yet our toilet paper gets taken away, but hey we have $20 to go buy our own... Got that going for us.

Wait are you saying they don't supply you with any TP of any kind now? So without spending your own money you don't have a functional restroom?

I'd say a toilet without toilet paper is non functional and most decidedly not sanitary as required by OSHA.
