...greenbean caserol...

sorry...no one has ever made anything worth choking down...

besides leftover turkey sandwiches and turkey soup...
one of my fav's is the mashed potatoes my mom makes...
she whipps them with a little cream and ranch dressing...mmmmm.

candy'd yams are good in small doses...

but my all time fav "holiday" feast is when my mom makes about 200 homemade tamales for Christmas...OMGHIBBQ!
yum!

You're welcome to come over to our house Russ.

Stuffing and Ham for dinner and Pecan Pie with Ice Cold 2% Milk for desert.

And beer because it seems to be a traditional side dish and "appetizer" during the holidays.

For X-mas I make traditional English Meat Pie for my family. I consider myself a good cook thanks to my English Grandma and Mother.

My mom's side is Italian, so we will be having some sort of pasta dish with our Turkey et al. I normally make a Pesto Farfalle, but I think we're having some sort of baked pasta dish this year.

My favorite this year will be the bottle of Gemstone wine I'm finally going to break open (it's ok, there's 3 more left ).

I'm tired of rigatoni I get that at nearly every in-law meal.
