I goofed.

"We are pleased to announce the introduction of the new Genuine Subaru 75W-90 High Performance Gear Oil. I misread the above statement on Subarunet, my apologies. So yes, the Extra-S is only available in 5 gallon drum. Looks like I will be buying 5 gallons for my Sti and brothers WRX when the time comes. Should last a while at least.
