I saw a tan unmarked four door club-cab truck with a shell hauling *** down Laguna yesterday with police lights flashing.

I wouldn't think so... my friends step dad got to ride along in one of those for his birthday a few months back, he has a friend in the CHP. Anyways, he says those camaros get up to 150+ in no time (BTW, they were at a driving training course) they have a track there with bank turns and he said that thing hugged the ground at 150 in the turn... oh yeah, I want a chaser
