I think people will spend most of it because they will see the magic word of:

SALE

all weekend for the next three weeks.

 

 

I think that's the problem and why it won't work; most people aren't going to squander the money. Most people will keep it or pay bills, both of which doesn't stimulate the economy as much as squanderring it.

 

I will do my part to protect our economy by squandering my stimulus.
So hard to decide what to spend it on. Whatever it is I will make sure it is some I don't need.
