He says STi PKG so assume he thinks people will understand that it's not a real STi.

The sad thing is that he put up enough pictures for any moron to figure it out.

Just doing a basic comparison between his detailed photos and the Subaru website or brochure shows:

1) Wrong intercooler
2) Wrong intake manifold
3) Wrong dash cluster
4) Wrong shifter
5) Wrong seats/interior
6) Wrong exhaust
7) Wrong wheels (okay, he might have changed them)
8) Moonroof not available on STi
9) Wrong hood scoop
10) Wrong brakes

I wouldn't expect them to notice the fact that the fly-by-wire is missing and replaced by cable, but they should get enough of the obvious ones to figure out something is wrong.

ya the 6 speed thing might be enough to make it so the person fighting it can win, because its kinda hard to miss a 6 speed up for a 5 speed lol, unless he counts reverse as a gear... lol

Of course, $13K for an 04 WRX w/ 6000 miles isn't a bad deal.

Well I reported it this morning. Not because I care about those stupid enough to bid but because I hate people trying to scam.

Besides, maybe someone actually thought it was an STi?

Check out the eBay link in the first post now.

According to eBay "The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale".

Things that make you go hmmmmm.
