Morning, not slacking just trying to fix stuff here after the weekend.
On the sad news, if anyone of you know John Smith from Maita Nissan parts manager, he is one of the guys missing at Folsom Lake Boating accident. A lot of people are taking it really hard here and he was best friends with my boss. Prayers to the families.

 

I didn't know him, that's horrible.

 

That's unfortunate. Lots of death and dying lately. :\

In other news, my allergies have been owning my *** all weekend.

As someone that does not live there anymore, i thought Folsom lake was almost dried out? would have though boating would be banned right now.

 

from what i read on the news, they where in a part where it was deep but also a place most people don't visit. And he was a huge boat guy

 

I didn't mind too much, already had a coffee, so i hung out at buddies desk for an hour before i headed home.

 

Saturday wasn't too bad with just some congestion. Yesterday, it was pretty much, "F*ck you! We're are rendering you completely useless!" with constant sneezing, congestion, and oozing fluids from every orifice on my face. Threw back a handful of meds and tried to sleep through it.

A little better today.

It's not dried out completely. We're about 20' below where we were this time last year.

Boating can be dangerous, unfortunately.

 

I would guess that alcohol was involved. And boats and alcohol don't mix very well.

I dont think alcohol was involved. Im not going to jump to conclusion, but all of them where over 40, and had experience with boats.
