How is that funny , there is nothing funny about that , someone interferring with your right to vote...someone preventing you from your civic duty is funny... maybe poll taxes are funny,maybe to you literacy test are funny ?
Maybe the people that are doing this are disrepecting sec 1 of the 15th ammendment and belive that because they are not the state (government) that it is their right to prevent blacks from voting? So the government can be held accountable but citiznes can interfere with voting...
to deny a person the right to vote by false information or under false pretenses is just plain sick...
vets and current servicemen didn't fight to have others votes ignored
