I've seen one for a dreamcast, but never for a PS2.

I found this for PC. There are similar models for PS1, but nothing with a side wheel (it's on top)

Actually, I found thay made a PS1 controller with the side wheel.
Try Interact Ultra Racer on ebay, none there currently........
