do lowering springs "settle in" after being installed.

The Tanabe springs on my STi did not settle at all unless it all happened on the 7 mile drive home from A&S. I measured in the garage and then checked 2 weeks and a month later and had no change.
The Prodrive springs I had on my 02 WRX did not settle.
The Griggs Racing springs on my Mustang did not settle one bit either.
The Eibach Pro-Kit I had on the Mustang before I did the Griggs stuff settled a little up front and a lot in the back.
The TRD suspension I had on my old Corolla did not settle at all, but the cheap crap springs I had on it before the TRD stuff did.
I think it comes down to the way the spring is made and the quality of the springs - cheap crap may settle, but good quality parts will not.

Thank you all...
quoting yourself as a source of fact lacks the same credibility that quoting others has...sorta defeats the purpose.
I understand you are reiterating, but it just looks a little funny :-P

FWIW,
I thought the Prodrive spring/AGX strut combination for my wagon was pretty comfortable and close to stock on the softer settings. More comfortable than my current Tein Flex coilovers on the rougher roads. However, they do not offer the lowest drop around.

My teins haven't moved a mm. Like i said, over time a spring will obviously weaken, so the car will oventually get lower, but not this 200 mile car drops inches bull****
