damn buyer for my DP flaked. I was supposed to meet up with him while he was down here for the week. I gave him my phone number but he never gave me his, so I saw that he had been on I-club today so I PMed him asking when he wanted to meet up for the sale. He PMed me back "oh, something came up, I can't buy it." so I replied "ok, thanks for telling me before I had to come asking about it."
I can't stand flakers, but I REALLY can't stand when they dont even have the ***** to tell you they are flaking. Not like he didnt lowball me and constantly try to get me to trade for random ****. I should have backed out of the sale when he kept pushing trades

But, if it's merited, then it's valid. If you had an agreed upon deal and then someone flaked, it sucks, but it's also the nature of parts; I believe in the validity of a sale when I have cash in my hand or parts in my trunk after the transaction is complete, and no sooner. Everything up the that point leans on an assumption that the other person is going to hold up their end of the deal, but to give someone negative feedback, I'd have to have a pretty solid deal, and have it actively broken by the other party, or drive to meet him and have him flake, etc. You can't give a tirekicker bad feedback for posting in a FS thread, right? PM isn't a whole lot different, then.
