Basically, I'm right next to the Carquinez bridge.....80 is down the hill, and the bridge is almost due west.

some dumb biatch was on the bridge over on power inn/howe saying that she was going to jump. The police blocked off the entire road. Traffic was bumper to bumper for over an hour before i got on the freeway.
