Not from SMF. All round trip SMF-KOA (Kona) and SMF-ITO (Hilo) trips route through HNL, at least for Hawaiian which is the only carrier we use.

It's interesting though: there are several instances when adding the HNL-KOA or HNL-ITO legs is cheaper than just staying in HNL.
