Just spent the last 45mins instructing a remote user how to update his password on his new "Smart" phone so that he could receive company emails and how to use the VPN that we set up on his laptop so that he could get to one of the shared drives

Just spent the last 3 hrs setting up for a training in the conference center.

Most of my users are there today, so as long as they dont break that, it should be an easy day.

Ah yes, (l)users. I got a request to restore a file for a user whose View Desktop (VMWare VDI environment) was refreshed on Friday. She wanted to restore a file that she 'saved' at 5PM on Friday which would have been caught in the Saturday backup. I do a restore from the Saturday backup which is identical to the file that was written Friday morning, sans the changes the user made. Now I am trying to politely tell the user I can't do a restore without them properly saving the file.
