A darn newbie

Just wanted to say hi all!! My first post, WOW. I was really impressed by how cool everyone was at the Mt. Hamilton meet, wanted to see if it was a bunch of racing punk 15-17 year olds, or mature people who like to hang out and bs about sube's (I'm 26 fyi). I was the tall guy with the green t-shirt and dark blue hat that said "Tokyo" on it, I caravaned with you guys from Sac (but met up with you guys in Davis from the side of the highway). Wandered around by myself and admired the handy work on everyone's cars. Joe (or what's his name that owns S2) referred me to the meet. I think I run the only non-turbo Impreza wagon that I've seen so far (2003 Aspen White 2.5TS, Goldish Rota SDR's, lowered and bouncy on coilovers, Greddy exhaust, blaring techno), I'd like to come out to the Saturday meets, wondering if my so uncoolish unturbo wagon can come too

Nope sorry. Had you not mentioned techno you would have been welcome even if you drove a Yugo though...

The only way you will be allowed now would be if you hook RC51Driver up with some good X, he is much easier to be around when he has his X...

I remember seeing your ride on the side of the road. we had a couple cars pull your little stunt. like a circus picking up orphans.

Your wagon looks pretty sweet. There's nothing wrong with you pulling out the N/A 2.5 love. I can't answer for everyone. But your more then welcome to the little gatherings that get pulled together. Hopefully before summers end a M&M dinner night will take place. That's when the SRIC really shines.

Hey!

I was the white wagon that made room for you when you came on the freeway in Davis

Come out to the meets, we let all kinds of uncool people like those lame STi drivers come out, so you can too!
